Waterloo Ont. - A recent suspect has been caught with large amount of Junk food; at the same time citizens near Waterloo has been losing food. Coincidence? I think NOT!
Waterloo and Guelph students around the area had complain of the disappearing personal items! The main attraction for this thief was SNACKS!
